“新技术引领下的智慧城市家居”
 
第二届“衲田杯”可持续设计国际竞赛由宿迁市人民政府主办,宿迁市规划局、CBC建筑中心和《城市·环境·设计》()杂志社承办,以“新技术引领下的智慧城市家居”为题,旨在以 “新技术+”的跨界模式,发现新技术与城市基础建设和居民日常生活的结合点,通过对生活中平凡事物的改造,切实提高人们在城市中的便利度、安全度及自豪感,减少城市运营维护成本,为市民提供良好的生活环境及艺术体验。
 
2018年8月18日,第二届“衲田杯”可持续设计国际竞赛评审会在宿迁圆满落幕。 十余位国内外知名建筑师、规划师担当评委,经过评审投票,最终,pentatonic 设计公司团队 JooHyung Oh, Jae Ho Yoon, Sunjae Yu, Su In Kim的作品 Rainbow Loop(彩虹环),利用简洁的结构,凭借微观尺度和丰富多样的设计激活城市公共空间,在众多报名选手中脱颖而出,拔得头筹,为此次竞赛画下圆满句号。

作为支撑城市运作的根本系统,城市基础设施必须在社会与技术发展变革的湍流中不断保持最佳运转。现如今,老旧的城市基础设施正逐步拖慢社会科技的进步,导致科技在社会应用覆盖率上的不平衡。因此,城市基础设施必须紧跟新科技,以达到城市的均衡发展。 一个崭新、灵敏且无处不在的“网络”系统,将会成为未来城市基础设施的原型。 
 
Urban infrastructure, the underlying systems supporting the city, must be constantly serviced to keep up with turbulent shifts in socio-technical landscapes. Conventional forms of urban infrastructure, are increasingly lagging behind the rapid acceleration of such shifts, creating imbalances in technological exposure. Urban infrastructure must promote the even exposure of technology and therefore the balanced development of the city. A new paradigm of infrastructure, a responsive and ubiquitous ‘network’, must come forth as a prototype for future cities to come.

随着中国铁路系统的不断完善,散落各方的大城市将会通过一个完整的路网被串联起来,位于贯通南北的交通要道上的宿迁,在不久的将来,也有待成为城市发展的新模范。优越的地理位置将推动经济与人口的倍增。除此之外,这里还拥有丰富的自然资源,尤其是水资源。为了能更好地支撑和推动未来城市的可持续发展、最大程度地利用现有优势资源,城市基础设施的更新就显得至关重要。 
 
Suqian has the potential to become the new paradigm for urban development. China is currently developing its own hyperloop to connect the scattered metropolitan cities into one unified network. Suqian is positioned in the optimal transitional point between upper and lower China, having immense potential for future development. This increased proximity will add momentum to an already booming economy and population. Another advantage is the abundance of natural resources, especially the abundance of water. In order to support and sustain the future expansion of this city and make the most of the resources that the city already has, an update in infrastructure is needed.

市区公园,作为日常生活中市民最为需要且熟悉的城市基础设施之一,即便是较为成功的案例,产生的效益也仅局限于附近地区,无法衍生致远处。线性城市公园的出现有望将公园对其周边及整个城市的影响最大化,这标志着公园模式的巨大发展。 但是相比于更为活跃的“网络”模式,线性模式就显得较为单一。 因此,我们在线性的公园的基础上,将其改进为连续的环形公园,使得公园设施的效益能够渗透影响至更大范围的城市肌理之中,最终让能源、水、废弃资源、资讯等各类资源得以在整个城市系统中循环和利用。彩虹七色,每一种颜色都有其独特的含义,七种色彩交织于我们的项目之中,城市活动的无限光谱被编织成一个环绕的圆形。分布在宿迁的七个环形公园各自具有不同的功能,科学技术和空间语言与城市肌理在此相互交织、连接。 
 
The most desired, but outdated form of urban infrastructure is an injected ‘urban park’. Even in the most successful cases, the park’s influence on the city is limited to the areas adjacent to it. The ‘linear’ urban park was a massive paradigm shift, maximizing the influence of the park on the city relative to its total area. However, this approach is still more of a singular entity than an active ‘network’. We therefore propose to bend the linear park into a continuous cycle, allowing the impact of the infrastructure to penetrate further into the surrounding urban fabric and thus evenly circulate cycles of energy, water, waste, information, etc. throughout the city. The seven colors of the rainbow, each distinctive in their own way, mingle in our proposal to weave an infinite spectrum of urban activity into a continuous loop. Seven cycles, each with their own function, technology and spatial language flow throughout the city of Suqian, interacting with each other and with the surrounding urban fabric.

1. Scattered parks have limits in terms of urban connections and influence over the city.
2. The linear park surrounding Suqian enhances balanced development around the city.
3. Suqian is in the optimal position to serve as a connecting ‘knot’ between upper and lower China, having immense potential for future development.
4. The rivers and lakes of Suqian with their rich aquatic resources contain potential for closer connection with urban life.
5. Suqian, known for its high quality produce, may incorporate favorable agricultural conditions with diverse natural resources.
6. Suqian’s profound cultural heritage and magnificent landscapes can be linked as one broad urban connection.

在对两个场地边界进行了细致的观察之后,我们发现它们之间存在着极大的特征差异,而场地之间缺少连接则导致了差异的加重。于是我们试图为它们创造更紧密的联系,从而提升其发展的均衡性。为了更好地挖掘宿迁市的潜力,线性公园通过“一个持续的圆环”这样一种形式,以此来促进城市中各类能量、资源和信息的循环。这个环形公园也可以被理解为“由科技、自然、水、土地、人类和城市等因素组成,渗透至生活各个角落的网络”这样一种存在。
 
Upon close examination of the two site boundaries, we discovered that the two sites differed greatly in properties and that the lack of connection between the two could aggravate those differences. Our first approach was to connect the two to create deeper interaction and promote balanced urban development. To further exploit the potential of Suqian, the linear parks are then stretched and bent into a continuous cycle and thus evenly circulates cycles of energy, water, information, produce, etc. around the city. The loop will thereby create a ubiquitous network of technology and nature, water and land, people and the city…

占地375平方米的骆马湖为宿迁市提供了城市生态环境的巨大支持。“水城”深入渗透湖泊并由此为“水—城市生活”创造丰富多样的可能性。“水城”被划分为五个区域:教育、生产、文化、娱乐和植物学。公园环线成为了通往由不同环线组成的更大网络的主要通道,在每个环节,每个环带通过几何方式相互渗入。
 
Luoma Lake, occupying 375 sqm,supports Suqian in terms of environmental, physical, and urban aspects. ‘Water City’ further penetrates into the lake and therefore creates senf sufficient cycles of diverse programs for aqua-urban life. Water City is divided into five sections; educational, productive, cultural, recreational, botanical zones. Public park loop becomes the main channel for a broad network of different loops, and at each section, each band permeate into the others through geometrical approach.

宿迁市河滨区中心花园“山水绿色走廊”被三台山和骆马湖包围。我们利用设计将其分割为不同体量和类型的五块地。彩虹环上的七色带与山水绿廊交织,使其辐射范围扩大到邻近的开发区,每部分的环带在遵循现有的城市规划之下仍能与其他区域环境产生联系。
 
Suqian lakeside district central park,‘Shanshui Green Corridor,’ is bounded by Santai Hill and Luoma Lake. Currently, it is planned to be divided into five parcels of different sizes and programs. In this circumstance, Rainbow Loop respects the concept of the corridor ‘Qiao Luojin’ by interweaving the seven bands with the corridor and further expands its territory to the newly-developed districts around the site. Each band stretches out to the other urban context by following the existing urban planning.

宿迁的农业区域集中在嶂山森林公园下段,“公园绿地环线”成为了通往由不同环线组成的更大交通路网的主要通道。“生产环线”和“应季生物多样性环线”充分利用了开阔的绿色植被,将“环”延伸到公园内,水环在这些环带中穿梭供水并提供连接。
 
The agriculture node is positioned at the lower area of the Zhangshan Forest Park. The production cycle and seasonal biodiversity cycle make the most of the wide open green space, radiating away from the loop into the park. The water cycle weaves in and out of these ‘branches’ providing water and connection.

“超回路列车车站”位于环线的相交点之上,并连接中国的南北两部。宿迁市上段地区的农业发展使得车站与农作市场的形式贴合,而其开放的公共空间则以袖珍公园的形式蔓延到城市之中。
 
The hyperloop terminal is located at the intersecting point of the loop passing through Suqian and the hyperloop connecting upper and lower China. The agricultural influence of the upper area affects the terminal manifesting into the form of a regional crop market and the terminal’s large public area spreads out into the city in the form of pocket parks.

湖岸区位于骆马湖和宿迁的交接点。边界以柔和地过度到绿色公共空间之中,让活动得以在这举行。同时沿着湖岸布置各种娱乐设施。以缓冲水塘为开端,在面向陆地的地方根据水循环系统的需要来设置水务设施。
 
The Lakeside district is located at the meeting point of Lake Luoma and Suqian. The border is smoothly transitioned into a green public space where waterside parades can take place and the lakeside leisure facilities are lined along the bank of the lake. Towards the land, water infrastructure facilities are positioned according to their role in the water cycle, starting with the buffer ponds.

“城市区域”位于作为城市节点的宿迁市市政厅前方,涵盖了宿迁重要的商业与行政设施。环形以“一个纤细的环带状公园”的形式穿过中心区域,把零散的区域串联起来,在保障市民日常活动交流需求的同时,又将新的生活方式引入到城市之中。
 
The urban district in front of the Suqian city hall, is one of the main nodes of city, containing Suqian’s main commercial and administration facilities. The loop passes through the central district as a thin park, connecting scattered areas within the district. This park will support daily urban routines and bring life into the city.

新的社区节点设置在稠密的住宅区内。水成为了连接城市与环形带的媒介,迷你绿色公园遍布城市,承担了社区设施的职能。
 
The Community node passes through the area where the residential units of Suqian are concentrated. Water acts as a medium to link the loop to the city and pocket green areas are distributed across the city, acting as community infrastructures.

港口区坐落于江海运河和京杭大运河的汇流处,老旧的原工业港口将被自动化设施和工厂取代,从而实现新技术的发展。格筛式的辅助设施将深入分置在城市内,以提供足够的空间与基本框架来实现新科技。
 
The port area sits at the converging point of Sangan Canal and the Jinhang Canal, both main roads of water traffic. The outdated industrial port of the original context is updated with automated equipment and factories. The diagrid of the service cycle spreads deeply into urban context to provide space and a basic framework for the new technology.
